Account information you provide when you register or are invited: name, email address, phone number, role, and the specialist bio and signature used on documents you generate.

Company information for the brokerage firm you belong to: firm name, logo, brand colors, contact details, and content settings.

Prospect and lead information that you or your firm enter into the platform — names, contact details, call notes, and research briefs generated from them.

Usage analytics: pages viewed, features used, documents generated and shared, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

Data is stored with our cloud hosting provider and transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Access is restricted to authenticated users.

Each brokerage firm is a separate tenant. Records are stamped with the owning firm and access rules keep one firm's data separated from another's.

When you use an AI feature — brief generation, pitch writing, research, coaching, or the Goldie assistant — the relevant text you supply is sent to third-party AI model providers to produce the response.

These providers process that content to return your result. Your customer data is not used to permanently train our models, and we do not sell it.

We retain records for as long as your account or your firm's account is active, and as needed to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

You may request deletion of your account and its associated records by emailing us. Firm administrators can remove individual records at any time from within the platform.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your display preferences, and measure feature usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
