Terms of Service

GoldDeskIQ is a software-as-a-service platform for gold and silver brokerage firms, providing market intelligence, sales enablement tools, document and brief generation, training, and branded client communication.

GoldDeskIQ is a software provider. It is not a precious metals dealer, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor, and nothing produced on the platform is investment advice.

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in compliance with the rules governing your business, including advertising and communication requirements applicable to precious metals sales.

You may not misrepresent generated content as independent third-party research, attempt to access another firm's data, resell or republish the platform, or use it to send unlawful or deceptive communications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Firm administrators are responsible for the users they invite and the roles they assign.

You are responsible for reviewing any document, script, or brief before sending it to a client.

Access is provided on a subscription basis under the plan agreed with your firm. Fees are billed in advance for each term and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

We work to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. Features may change as the platform evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoldDeskIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
